I don’t know about you, Dear One, but for me weight loss, or attempts at weight loss, have become a lifestyle. If you stepped into 2013 wanting with all your heart to take up less space in this world, this blog post is for you.
I read Diane’s blog every day, and I think you should too, even if you don’t want/need to lose weight. Healthy eating and healthy living is not just about reducing our calorie intake–oh, no. There is so much more to it than that.
Be healthy in 2013. Eat right. Exercise. Care about the body God gave you. I’m trying, and would love to have some help to be better, do better, reach further.
