The fortnight fitness challenge for May begins on May 1st.

All those who meet the requirements of the challenge for each of the 14 days (a fortnight is two weeks) will have their names entered into a drawing.
The prize awarded will be a resistance band to use in your own fitness challenge.
Beyond that, you get bragging rights! Not too shabby.
And, of course, the health and wellness that comes to you from walking and building community with others.
