If you’ve ever struggled with insomnia, you know what a blessing it is to sleep!

Some quality ZZZZs make all the difference in this girl’s attitude next day.

Sleep is a blessing, but it’s more than that, too.  It’s a necessity, if we want to remain healthy.

Over at All About Healthy Choices Dr. Jonathan blogged about sleep today.  It’s worth your time to hop on over there and read what we wrote.

As someone who is interested in maintaining a steady BGL in the body, I found this article to be a good reminder of what I need to do to improve my odds of getting a good night’s rest each and every night.
